01 General Terms

This document sets out all the terms and conditions that apply to use of the goy9 platform ("Platform", "Site"). By visiting the goy9 website, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali. If you need clarification or have any questions, please contact our support team.

1.1 Definitions

"Platform" refers to the goy9 website, applications, and all related services.
"User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on goy9.
"Account" refers to each member's individual registered profile.
"Wallet" refers to a member's financial balance on the platform.
"Bonus Funds" refers to additional credits received through promotions.

1.2 Applicability

These terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the platform.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on goy9, the following conditions must be met:

2.1 Age Requirement

For persons aged 21 and above only. goy9 strictly prohibits use of the platform by minors. If a user provides a false age at registration and this is later proven, the account in question will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be treated as bonus abuse.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
goy9 may request a copy of a national ID card or passport at any time for identity verification purposes.
Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
If you need to update your personal information, please contact the support team.

2.4 Account Security

Keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. They should not be shared with any third party. If you detect any unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately.

The responsibility for keeping the account secure rests with the member. goy9 will not be held liable for any loss caused by another person using your account.

03 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotional offers on goy9 are provided under specific terms. By accepting a bonus, you automatically agree to the associated terms and conditions.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳34,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳54,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

3.3 Bonus Usage Rules

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are completed.
Winnings earned from a bonus are withdrawable.
Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
Each bonus has its own expiry period, and wagering must be completed within that time.

3.4 VIP Cashback Program

goy9's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Members can move up to higher tiers through regular play. Weekly cashback is up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, up to 1.1% at Gold, and up to 1.5% at Platinum.

goy9 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion. Members will be notified of any changes.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

goy9 currently supports the following methods for depositing funds: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used to deposit.
Large withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is complete.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on goy9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If currency conversion is required, the prevailing exchange rate will apply.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

goy9 is committed to preventing money laundering. If a suspicious transaction is identified, additional documents may be requested for account verification, and withdrawals may be placed on hold in the meantime.

Whether winnings come from a bonus or directly from the wallet — identity verification may be required for any withdrawal. Delays in submitting documents will result in delayed withdrawals.

05 Betting Rules

5.1 Validity of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is processed incorrectly due to a technical error, goy9 reserves the right to void that bet and refund the amount.

5.2 Maximum Winnings Limit

A maximum winnings cap may apply for certain games and markets. This limit may be changed at any time at goy9's discretion.

5.3 Sports Betting Rules

If a match is cancelled or the result is undecided, the bet amount will be refunded.
If a match is suspended due to a natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstances, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant policy.
Live betting offers change in real time and may be suspended at any time.

5.4 Casino Game Rules

Each casino game operates under its own rules. Game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft) set their own rules and goy9 enforces them. If a technical issue occurs during a game, the relevant round may be voided.

06 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited, and immediate action will be taken if such conduct is detected:

6.1 Fraudulent Activities

Operating an account under a false identity.
Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse.
Attempting to artificially influence the outcome of bets.
Colluding with other users to exploit the betting system or bonuses.

6.2 Technical Abuse

Placing bets using automated bots or software.
Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
Exploiting software errors or bugs — in such cases, the game will be immediately suspended and winnings will be forfeited.
Attempting to access the platform's code or data without authorization.

6.3 Money Laundering

goy9 does not facilitate money laundering in any way. If a member's transactions appear suspicious, the account will be suspended and the relevant authorities may be notified.

If prohibited activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed and all balances and bonuses will be forfeited. Appeals may not be accepted.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 goy9's Rights

goy9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member's account for any of the following reasons, without prior notice:

Identified evidence of a breach of terms and conditions.
Concerns relating to account security.
Failure or refusal to complete identity verification.
Legal or regulatory requirements.
Unresolved financial disputes.

7.2 Member Request to Close Account

Any member may voluntarily close their account. Please contact the support team to do so. Any outstanding balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

08 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Unavailability

goy9 may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, server upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. goy9 is not liable for any loss arising from such interruptions.

8.2 Third-Party Services

goy9 does not have full control over the operations of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service providers. goy9's liability for losses arising from errors in these providers' systems is limited.

8.3 Betting Decisions

Every decision to place a bet is the member's own. The member bears responsibility for any losses from their bets. goy9 does not provide betting advice to any member and does not guarantee winnings.

Gambling carries financial risk. Only wager an amount that, if lost, will not affect your daily life.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

goy9 gives the highest priority to protecting your personal information. All data is kept secure using SSL encryption technology.

9.1 Data Collection & Use

Information provided during registration (name, mobile number, ID details) is used solely for identity verification, payment processing, and service improvement. This information is not sold to third parties.

9.2 Cookies & Tracking

goy9 uses cookies to improve site functionality. Cookies can be managed from your browser settings, however disabling certain cookies may cause some site features to not work properly.

It is the member's own responsibility to review these terms and conditions regularly. The "Last Updated" date indicates when a review may be needed.

For major changes, goy9 generally provides 7 days' notice, however in urgent situations immediate changes may also occur.
